Origin · Craft · Excellence
The Himalayas have shaped some of the world’s most dramatic landscapes — and some of its most extraordinary coffee. Grown between 1,400 m and 2,100 m, Nepali beans develop a density and flavor complexity that lower-altitude origins simply cannot match. Combined with generations of farming wisdom passed through small family cooperatives, what arrives in your cup is something genuinely rare.
2000m+
Nepal's coffee grows at extraordinary elevations where cool nights and warm days force beans to develop slowly, concentrating natural sugars and building complex, layered flavors that lowland varieties simply cannot replicate.
Artisan Harvest
Small family farms across Gulmi, Palpa, and Syangja harvest each cherry by hand, selecting only ripe fruit at peak sweetness. This meticulous, generational care translates directly into every cup.
Nepal's Best-Kept Secret
Nepal's specialty coffee scene is one of the world's most exciting emerging origins. Fewer than 0.1% of global coffee drinkers have tasted it — until now. Each cup is a genuine, traceable discovery.
Single Origin · Nepal
Three distinct expressions of Nepal’s Himalayan terroir. Each bean selected by hand, processed with care, and roasted to reveal its truest character.
Our flagship single-origin from Gulmi district. Grown by the Paudel family cooperative at 1,800 m, this washed-process bean reveals a pristine, luminous clarity rarely found outside elite specialty circles.
Sourced from Palpa's high mist-draped ridges where coffee cherries dry slowly under the Himalayan sun. The natural process amplifies inherent sweetness into a radiant, perfumed cup.
For those who prefer depth over delicacy. Syangja's dense-altitude beans respond beautifully to a darker roast, building rich bittersweet cocoa with cedar backbone and a long molasses finish.
Tasting Notes
Each bean expresses Nepal's highlands differently. Explore the precise flavor architecture behind every single-origin selection.
A pristine washed process bean with exceptional clarity. The high altitude of Gulmi creates a bean of remarkable density — slow-grown, deeply complex, and utterly distinct.

Trees preserved
Our coffee grows beneath the forest canopy at 1,400–2,100 m. No clear-cutting, no monocultures. The highland ecosystem stays intact — and the altitude gives the beans their remarkable complexity.
